Make your voice (and tastebuds) heard with Power of Pie!
|
Are you having all of the pumpkin-spiced feels? Feeling a little nutty? Feel more like loafing around? Now is your time to make your voice heard about the best Thanksgiving treat!
It is Power of Pie time here at VNA. Pumpkin and pecan pies are available for purchase for $25 each and pumpkin bread for $15 per loaf at www.powerofpie.org. These delicious fall treats are donated by some of North Texas’ top bakers and will be perfect for your Thanksgiving dinner. Pies and bread also make for a thoughtful gift for clients, employees, friends, family and teachers. Your purchases and donations will deliver food and friendship to homebound, senior neighbors and provide compassionate care to seriously ill patients.
We are excited to announce we have nine pick-up locations this year, including McKinney, Denton, Fort Worth and various Dallas locations. Pick up will be on Nov. 26th and 27th just in time for your Thanksgiving feast.
A very special thank you to our Presenting Sponsor, Interabang Books, and sponsors Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church, The Jerry R. Junkins Family Foundation, Eiseman Jewels, Texas Instruments, Canary, and MaryBeth Boutique.

Honor your loved ones with VNA Light Up A Life
|
To help honor your loved ones’ memories or those who have made a positive impact, VNA offers a special way to pay tribute on the Light Up a Life Holiday Trees displayed around the community.
With a suggested gift of $10 or more, a personalized dove with the name of each life you wish to honor or remember will be placed on one of the community trees. For a donation of $100 or more, you may choose to have an engraved crystal dove ornament mailed to your home.
Your gift to the annual Light Up a Life program for VNA Hospice Care will ensure VNA can continue to provide compassionate end-of-life care for patients, caregivers, and loved ones—no matter their ability to pay.
Make a memorial gift and order crystal ornaments here: www.vnatexas.org/lightupalife
Please Note: VNA cannot guarantee delivery of crystal ornaments by Christmas if orders are received after Friday, November 15, 2024.
